Founded in 2004 by Stéphane Dunoyer, an expert in microtechnology and equipment, DSMP is a company specializing in the bar turning and machining of technical plastics such as PTFE, POM, PEEK, PCTFE, PA6/6, PVC, PVDF, and PEI. Initially oriented towards the connector sector with the manufacture of PTFE and PEEK insulation, DSMP has expanded its expertise to meet the needs of various sectors : medical and dental, gas sealing, precision mechanics, as well as the luxury and leisure industry.
Thanks to a team of highly qualified professionals, we make it a point of honor to offer parts machined to plan of impeccable quality, with rigor and method. The flexibility and responsiveness of a family business allow us to manage your documentation and manufacturing requirements in an optimal way, while ensuring controlled deadlines and costs.
Whether for prototypes or large series, DSMP supports you with a high-performance machine park, ranging from 0.1 to 38 mm in diameter. Our equipment includes conventional machines, as well as the latest generation CNC to meet all your needs, whatever they may be.
Our story
Creation of the company DSMP
In 2004, DSMP was founded in Scionzier, in the heart of the Arve valley. Specialising in plastic turning, the company began with the mission of combining innovation and quality to meet the needs of its customers.
Purchase of the premises
Three years after its creation, DSMP acquired its own premises in Marnaz. This strategic investment marks a new stage in the company's growth, consolidating its presence in the local economic fabric.
Development of the machine park
In 2009, DSMP modernized and expanded its machine park. This development allows the company to increase its production capacities and guarantee increased precision in the turning of plastics.
ISO 9001 Certification
Achieving ISO 9001 certification in 2018 is a key milestone for DSMP. This quality standard attests to the seriousness and commitment of the company to maintain efficient and effective processes.
Expansion of the premises
In 2019, DSMP is expanding its premises to meet the needs of its customers. This achievement makes it possible to optimize production flows and to equip itself with new machines to strengthen its competitiveness.
